Zuniga Interiors offers the following Returns Policy: In the event that a product ordered arrives damaged; customer must email Zuniga Interiors within 24 hours to file a claim and Zuniga Interiors will gladly replace the item for the same undamaged product that was originally ordered. Zuniga Interiors does not offer refunds or credits, exchange only for same merchandise if it arrives damaged. Merchandise that arrives damaged must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.
**All product/merchandise delivered must be inspected and a claim/email filed within 24 hours of receipt of goods.**
Please note: Shipping charges for exchange of most items is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges for furniture will be arranged with shipper/vendor in the event that damage was done during shipping.
*Furniture orders that arrive damaged must be indicated on paperwork with the shipper/delivery service aware of the damages.*
We want our customers to be happy with the product that they order; damage during shipping is out of our control, Zuniga Interiors will work diligently to replace the damaged item for the same item. Zuniga Interiors and its Vendors have the right to refuse replacement due to length of time and wear and tear time of product.
*Many of our product lines are custom ordered and only certain products stocked. Many products have a lead time of 4-8 weeks, please allow. Zuniga Interiors will notify customer of order status.
*Many of our table lamp collections are "made to order" please allow a 4-6 week lead time, sometimes less.
*Our art prints on canvas are "made to order" please allow a 4-6 week lead time, sometimes less.
*Merchandise Orders are shipped via USPS, Fed X, UPS and private freight carrier.
*All sales are final sale, except in the event merchandise needs to be exchanged due to any shipping damages. Replacement of same product in the event that product arrives defective at time of delivery.
